SGPT = Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase

SGPT Test is also known as ALT Test

It is a blood test that measures the level of (SGPT) enzyme present in the blood. This test is done to monitor the condition of the liver.

Symptoms:-
If you have symptoms like jaundice, fatigue, weakness, vomiting, difficulty in breathing, dark urine, light colored stool, swelling in ankles and feet, abdominal pain or swelling, then you should get SGPT test done.
